A character concept drawing from the Disney Studios animated musical masterpiece, "Fantasia" (1940). Featuring a beautiful illustration of two centaurettes, the drawing has been trimmed to image and applied to a piece of celluloid. The concept was created at the studio and used during the early development process. The piece was likely used to get an idea of the scale and style of the character when placed over the concept backgrounds created for the sequence. Measuring 4.5"x5", the drawing is in very good condition and is applied to a heavily worn piece of cel. The cel is from the same time period of the film and is in poor condition with cel rippling throughout and two large portions of cel missing on the top left and bottom right due to its fragile nature.
