A limited edition cel from the Jay Ward Studios, inspired by the animated series "The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show" (1959-1964). Featuring a fabulous image of Rocky, Bullwinkle, Boris, and Natasha, the hand-painted cel was created in a small edition of only 300 pieces. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the image itself taking up the entirety of the cel. This piece is hand-signed by Jay Ward and is hand numbered 8/300.
