A production cel from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series Jonny Quest. Featuring Benton Quest being rescued from the Po-Ho tribe, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode entitled "Pursuit of the Po-Ho," which aired on October 9, 1964. Measuring 10.5"x12" overall, with a character image size of 2.25"x11", the cel is in very good condition with some minor paint loss in the black of belt around his belly, right forearm, and on red hair, dimpling in various areas of the cel, and a small tear on the bottom left edge of cel and right peg hole. The cel is paired with a color copy reproduction background for display purposes.
