An original production cel and background from the DiC Studios animated series "Madeline" (1988-2001). Featuring a delightful image of Madeline playing a violin, the hand-painted cel and background were created at the studio and used during the animation process. Both pieces represent actual frames of animation that were photographed and appear in the episode titled "Madeline & the Old Violin" which aired on January 2, 1994. Measuring 10.25"x14" overall, with the character image measuring 7"x7.5", the pieces are in very good condition with minor handling wear.
